Unable to delete "Setup" application due to not having permission

Hi Ive got Vista on a laptop and I downloaded a program installer and i
appears to have trojan on it, I have AVG 8.0 and it keep popping u
every 2 seconds that there is a a threat detected in it. I try to delet
it and keep getting the message you don't have permission to perfor
action!

Any help or advice is greatly appreciated!
