"Unable to display Image" Photo error

After I upload photos to my Windows Live Spaces page, when I try to view the
images in a Photos box, the photo does not appear and I get the error "Unable
to display image."

What's odd is that if I close the Internet Explorer window I used to upload
the photos -- and open a completely different one -- then the photos will
appear. Or ... if I go to the site using the same sign on - but a different
PC - the photos display fine.

What causes this strange behavior. Is it a security setting I have on my
machine.

I am running Windows Vista Home Premium on a Dual 2 Core Dell PC with 2 GB
of Ram and a current Nvidia graphics card.
