UNable to Download office 2003,IE: "KB" security updates-

Specially all my KB-919029,etc.etc.......My computer begins the installation
then stops,error CAN NOT COMPLETE, because of a system error that Microsoft
will not assisst or give a "patch" to correct!!!What are they preventing this
Help from getting to the Consumer????i.
