Unable to download sp2 errors 8007F01E and 800310B

been trying to download sp2 but get these errors.
then i get a small box ASN1 Bad Tag.
i had downloaded several updates after reformat but came to this problem
with sp2
error 8007F01E
error 800310B

I am very sorry you are running into this issue. The first error you list
suggests that you were unable to download the catalog files. May I suggest
you download SP2 directly or order it on CD? Here are the links:

SP2 is available at the Microsoft Download Center (please disregard the IT
Professionals and Developers portion of this, as it will run on an
individual computer as well: (266 MB)
