unable to download updates on installed xp home

I have installed windows xp home last night and wanting to update, i am
activated and so on. When i check windows update it just says

[Error number: 0x80245003]
The website has encountered a problem and cannot display the page you are
trying to view. The options provided below might help you solve the problem.


What can i do?

Try
Error message when you try to install updates by using the Windows
Update Web site: "0x80245003"
