unable to get AS to sync Sent Item onto PPC

Please help. I have an iPAQ 4150 with PPC 2003 w/ Outlook 2002. I have set
a partnership with my PC to sync my Outlook mail. Everything is all right
(eg, download new emails and sending mail via AS). But I cannot get my
pocket PC to leave a copy of my sent email on my PPC. My Outlook's Sent
Item folder has copies of every mail I sent but I just cannot get any onto
my iPAQ. Please help. BTW, I am running Win XP Pro. and Office 2003.
