Try a search? E.g. using your web interface search tool, press Alt-7
and enter 0x80070490 MVP ...
Looks like you could even use the Threads with helpful posts filter
though you shouldn't rely on that because it is often misused by
posters unhelpfully wanting to register a Me too! at the start of a
"discussion" which is full of complainers with no details.

Usually with an 0x8007xxxx code you can also try searching for
the decimal equivalent of that xxxx and sometimes there is even
an equivalent system message available as a clue with that...

Isn't that helpful? So, as usual, you can't rely on a "code" to help you.
You need to find the context of the code in other messages that the
update may have issued, whether by being installed automatically
or manually, with minimal logging or with verbose logging.
