Unable to install driver update

I was unable to install an driver update from Microsoft update. The only
message received was unable to install update and click on certain icon which
brought me to here finally. Had to fill out profile etc..

Experienced users NEVER install updates for third-party hardware offered by
Windows Update.

Check for driver updates at your computer manufacturer's website or that of
the driver manufacturer, Charlie.
