Hi Adam,

Have a look at the information provided by InstallShield's Knowledgebase:
http://consumer.installshield.com/kb.asp?id=Q108340

HI

I have WIndows XP and for some unknown reason InstallShield is gone. Any
other ideas? Thanks!

Kathy,

It would be difficult to say why a 3rd party application is "gone." The
quickest way to find this answer would be to contact the technical support for
InstallShield: http://support.installshield.com/

Or did you mean Windows Installer 3.0?
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en

Please write back if you meant the second one, and we can talk about how to
install this if you already have SP2.

Sincerely,

Pat Walters [MSFT]
