Thanks for the update. I'll remove that hotfix (942288) and try again.
In the mean time, I tried extracting the outlfltr.msp from the manual patch.
When I run that I am told that it cannot access 6c4c0.msi in the
C:\Windows\Installer folder. I went there, sure enough it's there... I run
that MSI and it does something, then when I try running the msp again I now
get a different error, that the Windows Installer has stopped responding.
Not the first time I've had an issue with MSI 4.5 it seems...
