I'm having lots of problems so maybe someone can help with any or all. There
are three new updates required on my system that show up on the icon at the
bottom. I click here and it (finally) takes me to the updates - two excel
and one outlook update. It goes thru the whole process, but at the end it
say it was not able to install these updates but gives me no reason why.
I've tried it more than three times and they show up in my history as failed.
I also get the svchost.exe error and have to do the same hard shut down as
everyone else. I even just purchased a product from RegCure that was
supposed to help that problem and it doesn't. It even engaged windows to
start looking for 'Fax' but I don't have the install CD. If anyone can help
with my problem, I'd appreciate it.
