Unable to Install Patch MS08-076/KB954600 on Windows 2000 SP4 Serv

Hi,

Iam Unable to Install Patch MS08-076/KB954600 on Windows 2000 SP4 Servers. I
run the installer ,it opens up the window and nothing happens. I tried
enabling the log switch and below is the output of the log file.
