I recently purchased a security cd from my internet carrier and i cannot
finish installing it. Everytime i do the same things come up. Two
Radialpoint windows come up saying they have encountered a problem and have
to close. After this takes place the program finishes intalling(somewhat)
and pc restarts. When i try to open the program it says that a [PKT]driver
isn't installed and the program cannot run. After which I run a diagnostics
test and everything passes except for drivers test. It says i am missing two
drivers. here they are:
C:\windows\32\drivers\FreeTdi.sys
C:\windows\32\drivers\Freedom.sys
Can you please help me make sense of this. Security package has been bought
and seviced for a year.contract. Thank you

Try not being so cryptic. Is the application RadialPoint? Is this dealing
with Broadband?
What is the application you are running for diagnostics tests?

Try the following:

1. Open Control Panel | System, Hardware, Device Manager
2. CLick on View | SHow Hidden devices
3. See if any of the files are in the list (which by the way the paths you
typed are wrong, they should be C:\windows\system32\drivers\.....). Look
for FreeTDI, FreeDOM

Where did you get the pathnames from?
