I have full admin privs, whats the deal here.
Any ides ?

Try it with the real Administrator account?
(to try to avoid assumed permissions problems)

Look for more details in the Event log?

To diagnose this you could try running concurrent FileMon and RegMon
traces, hoping to capture whatever the underlying symptom (such as
a permissions problems) is. You can correlate the timing of the above
message by making sure that FileMon captures the writes to that log file
and by using on both tools the options: Clock Time and Show Milleseconds.
