Everytime I try to install updates (critical or not), it failed! I'm able to
download it but not to install it. Here is the error message: "Problem: A
problem on your computer is preventing updates from being downloaded or
installed
Solution: To fix the problem, try installing the updates again. If that
doesn't work, use the Troubleshooter to try solve the problem. "
I just really don't know what is happening!! Help me please, what could I do
to fix the problem?
p.s.: I have a licenced version of Windows XP
