Hi,
I see. In that case I suggest fully uninstalling (do not just disable, this is not good
enough) your "Norton's" from Add or Remove Programs in the Control Panel, then reboot when
that's finished and try again.
If it works after that, you can reinstall Norton and more than likely that will be enough to
re-configure it. This has not a rare event,, this happens all the time with these
third-party firewall products.
