unable to junk mail to blocked list

The last couple of days, I have noticed in Windows Live Mail I am unable to
add Junk email to the blocked list. The only option offered is mark as not
junk. Any suggestion?

How many addresses are currently in the Blocked Sender list ?

Yes

The limit is not changeable. It is the default for all Hotmail accounts.

If one reaches the limit...re-evaluate the addresses or domains in the blocked sender list or consider using Exclusive Junk
Filtering(only accepting email from Contacts and Safe Senders)

Any idea what the limit is in WLMail for POP accounts?

It would appear that I am there. Some emails caught in the Junk mail I can
add to the blocked list and other I can not.
