Unable to list/add roles/features

In the Event Viewer from Microsoft-Windows-ServerManager got:

System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x800B0100): No signature
was present in the subject. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800B0100)


I used the System Update Readiness.
