Jonathan, he is using MSN Explorer address book, I too was and still am
having the same problems. MSN Messenger is now working find. But my
contacts that are shared with MSN Messenger and MSN Explorer continue to
disappear from MSN Explorer, I have been working with MSN to reach a
resolution but nothing that they have told me to do has fully resolved the
issue. I may be good for two or three days then the contacts will disappear
from MSN Explorer, any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
