Unable to Load MS Updates

I contiually get the screen indicating that I must be logged in as either an
administrator or be in the administrators grooup in order to load MS updates.
I am logged in as the administrator of this workstation. Additionally, I
have logged in as a member of the Domain Admin Group which is in the
Aministrators group of this particular workstation. I am still unable to get
to the necessary patches.
