Unable to locate scan log files

I asked this before, but added it to another post. I'm hoping by starting a
new thread someone will be able to help.

Using BitDefender Internet Security 2008 I could not open log files. Within
the program, I could see the list of scans but could not view. The files were
not where BD said they should be. I'm pretty sure it was on this community
that someone told me to look in Virtual Store and there they were. This
remained consistent with BDIS 2009.

Now I have installed BDIS 2010 and the log files are no longer stored in
Virtual Store. When I open the BDIS program and go to Virus Scans/Deep Scan,
it shows the date and time of the last scan, but when I right click Deep Scan
to view logs, there is no list of scans that have been done. It's just a
blank page. I have clicked open about every folder possible under C/Program
Files, Program Data, Users. Is it possible that BDIS is not saving a copy of
the log files? Can anyone offer any help as to where these log files might be
if they exist?

I actually had an infection and BD asked me to send them the log file, but I
couldn't do that because I can't find it. I even went to "Just Answer" and
paid money to have this question answered. I received one answer that wasn't
even relevant and that's it. Apparently I'm the only one having this problem
because I have Googled it using every phrase I can't think of and came up
empty.

If you paid for a license to this firm and don't get any support then why continue
to waste your time and money with their product ?
Find a free antivirus program if you feel you must have one.
