Unable to log into my administrator account!

Well, it's pretty much as it sounds. After the 08/15-07 update, I'm not able
to log into my administrating account due to, what Microsoft describes as
safetyrelated problems and possible broken files... I get this message in a
small box right after writing my password. A new box then appears, saying
that the computer will create a temporary account which does not save ANY
changes made while logged in. I am certainly no expert on computers, so I
would really appreciate any sort of help that could end my miseries...
