At last I can login to live messenger, thank you for Jonathan Kay, I solve
it for your message at another thread to ask me to check at
%userprofile%\contacts. I don't know why how come this folder is not
authorized to me. Hehe..

Thank a lot.
For others that have same problem with me, please check security to this
folder, just type %userprofile%\contacts at start > run.
