Hi,

Was wondering if any one can help me with this problem. I am unable to open
links sent via the conversation window. I have to cut and paste the link
manually in order to open the website.
Any else with this problem? I'm using version 8.1. Thanks!

Greetings Jo,

Well the first thing to check is to make sure the option is on. To check, click the Tools
menu (or press Alt-T on the keyboard if the menu is hidden), then Options, then Security
category and make sure 'Allow links in the conversation window' is selected.

Hi,

Are they at least clickable? And if so, what is your default browser?

If Internet Explorer, can you open up an IE window, right-click a link and choose Open in a
new window?

Hello,

When I click on the link in the conversation window, its the same as
clicking on to the typed conversations.

I am using IE and am able to right-click a link to open in a new window.

Hi,

So they're not blue and underlined like a normal link? And that option in the security tab
is on?

Also, which locale/country are you in?
