Unable to print

I have a home network with this PC and another XP PC and a printer all
connected. Both PCs had been able to use the printer, but all of a sudden
this PC is unable to print to this printer as it says the printer is
off-line. It didn't change when I tried to resume a print job. The other PC
can print to this printer just fine, as always. What can I try with this
Vista PC to get this printer back online?

Is the printer connected by USB, Wireless or cabled (via a router)?
