unable to receive download a program guide for the satellite recei

Hi, I have a Grundig Sky satellite receiver. I'm in london UK and I'm unable
to receive / download the program guide for the receiver / television service
that I have. I've connected the box as shown in the 'start here setup guide'
page 15 / 16. The signal commes up as antenna and the digital terrestrial
download listing of the program guide appears and not the Sky digital
satellite service that i require.

When I try and download any of these, they scan up to 9% and seizes.

What do I need to do to receive the correct program guide for the service /
satellite receiver that I have. The set-top box model number is: GDs310/2.
