Thank you again, Gary. Sorry that I left out the dots but you placed them
correctly. Yes, I am a southern California customer of Time
Warner/Roadrunner, formerly Adelphia. In researching on the Internet I had
found a few other instances of individuals seeking help for the indentical
problem but none appeared to have found resolution.
But thanks to your generosity and expertise, I have! Deleting the email
account that was giving me problems and then setting it back up worked! Such
an easy fix but one I would not have thought to try. Thank you, thank you,
thank you!
