Unable to resolve names when synking with home PC and exchange server

Hi,

I am syncing with my home computer (Primary) and work computer. When I
create a calendar meetings at work where other people are invited and sync
with work PC the meeting is placed on my mobile as expected. When I sync
with my home computer I get a conflict for each meeting where I have invited
others. When I click on the resolve conflict link I get a check names dialog
that says Microsoft outlook does not recognise "Name of invited person"
Would you like to create a new address for "Name" or change to "No
suggestion"

I presume this is as the exchange server has all the names in the global
address book and the names of the people I am inviting to meetings do not
appear in my personal address book at home. Is there any way to get this
"conflict" not to register. I am reluctant to enter the names of every
person in the company that I ever invite to a meeting into my personal
address book. I have been unable to get active sync to search a second
contacts folder to allow it to resolve these names without polluting my
contacts list. Also manually entering the names and email addresses for each
person in the company that I ever invite to a meeting is time consuming and
undesirable.

Any suggestions for a way around this would be appreciated.

Sean

Hi,
This is a known limitation of appointments when you have invitees that are
not in the address book. There is no fix for it other than adding the
contacts onto the PC.
