unable to run Windows Genuine Advantage Validation Tool (KB892130.

I know this one generates a lot of threads, I have been reading thru them but
haven't been able to get it to install. With all the threads out there, not
sure where to start.
Running Windows XP home with SP2

What symptoms of error are seen? Numbers? Messages?

You might try a manual installation of the WGA Notification Tool, from:
