Why??? If the OP wants to use Windows Mail then why send him to another
client that is in Beta. What happens if his email is a pop3 by chance?
Actually, Windows Live Mail Desktop does POP3 mail (and IMAP). It takes a
lot of getting used to and has advertisements and I don't see how a beta
program is going to solve his problem, but the programming team is quite
proud of WLMD.
