Unable to send web page, picture, file....Window's Vista & mail.

I had Vista on another computer and didn't have this problem. Vista or Dell
displayed a dialog box instructing me to go to the mail icon in the control
panel and put in the mail program. I opened the icon (general tab) and tried
to type in "Window's mail" and that didn't do anything. I can't remove the
"Window's contacts" that I put in first. Yahoo is my pop server with AT&T so
I don't know if I put any of that in the box. My mail is fine for sending
plain email, but I can't send a web page or photo, music file, etc.
Any help would be greatly appreciated and if you could word it how it
should be placed in the box, it would help...lol.

Ramesh's reply to another person with similar problems resolved mine as well.
Thank you very much. I also noticed that administrator control was mentioned
and I would like to disable the permission to download programs, etc but I
don't know where to find it.
