Unable to sign into Live Messenger

Hi All,

I'm having problems logging into Messenger. I keep getting the following
messages.

"Your display name could not be changed. Please try again later."

When I click OK I get this message.

"Signing in to Windows Live Messenger failed because the service is
temporarily unavailable. Please try again later. Error Code: 80004005."

I've tried many times and still no luck.

I've check the Service Status and all is well. Also tested my proxy
settings and all is successful.

The address I use is a @blueyonder.co.uk address however I tried to use a
hotmail.com address and all worked ok?
