Okay.

I now know your name. I also know you know the words "unable through window
update" and could draw a conclusion (albeit a stretch) that you want to ask
a question concerning Windows Update (the automatic process, the
semi-automatic process, the web page... actually - I cannot be sure which.)

My assumption would be that you are unable to obtain/install updates through
the Windows Update process (one of them) on some Windows Operating System
(most likely either Windows XP or Windows Vista - although not necessarily
and there are many flavors of each of those operating systems as well.)

If you could further expand on your question - perhaps I can help...
