Unable to uninstall windows updates

When i go to the control panel on windows vista (64bit), open windows update
click view update history, it shows about 40 updates installed

i want to uninstall one so i go back to windows update, and click "installed
updates"

it says "No updates are installed on this computer."

does anyone have a solution?

Hi, I have a question about eh updating process. After I download my
updates, and after I restart my computer it says its "updating" but it takes
liek 30 minutes for only 3 updates. So I always get tired of this a manually
turn off the computer. So my problem here is that after i download the
updates my computer takes forever to retstart and configure my computer. Any
thoughts?
