My mother is having computer problems which I would like to sort out.
Computer has been crashing which is due to ATI graphics card needing updated
drivers. I can't update the drivers apparently until I update windows. I've
tried about 6 times to do this and get a message saying that the following
updates were not installed:Access 2002 (KB904018). I had a go at following
the first part of your instructions for Harold (even though it was entirely
possible that his problem was for different reasons to mine)
'.......go to Start>Run and key in:
services.msc
click on OK or hit ENTER '
However when I did this I got the message that the folder msc did not
exhist. Because of this I think I may need specific help for the problem with
my mothers computer. Would you be able to give me some guidance please?
