Unable to update: Error code 0x8024400A

Hi, I have been trying to update my laptop with Windows Update, but I get a
message that says the website has encountered a problem.... Error code
0x8024400A. If I try to go elsewhere on this website to seek a solution, a
window appears that reads: Program error - svchost.exe has generated errors
and will be closed by Windows. Anyone have any idea what is going on here?
