Unable to update Microsoft Search Enhancement Pack

Automatic Update keeps telling me that it is unable to update Microsoft
Search Enhancement Pack. I am using Windows XP Professional with service pack
3. Each time it fails to update, the Automatic Update icon reappears and it
tries to do the same update. The update fails again, even after rebooting.
