Unable to update patch OfficeXpSp3-kb832671-client-enu.exe

Hi,

I'm trying to update particular this patch for MS Office XP but every time
display error like this "error:1328: error applying patch to file
c:\config.msi\PT3B.tmp. It has probably been updated by other means, and can
no longer be modified by this patch. For more information contect your patch
vendor." and process was terminated.

anybody can help regarding this error if possible.
