Unable to update. Please Help

Any Ideas. I get this message while trying to access
http://www.windowsupdate.com/


"New Windows Update Software Required


We've made improvements to our website. To download the new version of the
software and begin using Windows Update, please click Update Now."

I click the Update Now button and it just refreshes with the same message.
