I'm unable to update windows XP the followign is the message I get;

bfkcannew REALLY A MUST READ people don't be fooled ..
they made the problem and they can fix it,,but want you to need their service
so you pay..END OFF LINE.. I THINK THEY ARE TRYING TO BLOCK OUT OUTLOOK
EXPRESS AND INTERNET EXPLORER,,SO YOU NEED THEIR CURE...I DIDN'T NEED THIS PC
WHEN I BOUGHT IT ..I JUST WANTED IT ...NOW THIS IS MY LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
ON THE PC WORLD,,GOOD BUY SYBER SPACE .. HELLO LIFE..GOD BLESS YOU ALL AND
