Everytime I open IE7 32bit a window pops up and tells me it has stopped
responding and must close. I have searched for solutions but found none
.. I've also sent the report to Microsoft. The 64 bit version works but
as you know certain sites require flash player and won't work. Does
anyone here have any suggestions that I might try. Thanks

Hi Colt1911,

You may have a add-on that is messing up IE7. Try doing a Reset for
IE7.

1. Open Control Panel. (Classic View)
2. Click Internet Options icon
3. Click Advanced tab
4. Click Reset button
5. Click OK

Thanks for the reply Shawn, but it didn't help. I have not installed
anything new so I don't know.I went to open up IE7 this morning and it
just keeps giving me the stopped responding pop up and must close
error. Is there anything else I might try?

Keith

If this behaviour is recent, try a system restore to a time when it worked.

Well, install the latest versions of Adobe Flash Player and Java SE.

Installed latest versions still not working .IE7 64bit works fine just
not IE7 32 bit. As far as a sysytem restore goes I was told that since I
dual boot between XP and Vista that a system restore is not possible.
Anyone know if this is true?

XP tends to wipe out Vista backups if it can access the drive they
are stored on.
