Unable to use Microsoft Update

I have one computer and several servers (W2K3 SP1) that have reverted back
from Microsoft Update (MU) to Windows Update (WU) and I can't get MU working
again.

I click in the 'Get Microsoft Update' button/link and review the license.
I'm told that MU setup is complete and I click the "Check for Updates"
button. I am returned to the first MU setup screen.

This is preventing me from getting Office 2003 and driver updates.

I have reset IE to defaults and deleted all cookies/temporary IE files. I
have disabled AV and spyware programs. I have re-registed windows update
..dlls. I still have the problem.

I don't know when exactly these systems stepped back from MU to WU (within
the last month??) but MU was working fine for a long time on them.

Any ideas?

Hi Eric,

Thanks for noting that I needed to install the latest Windows Update client
to change the computer from looking at the old beta site.
