unable to view Websites Visted for account I've set up

i've set up an account and placed it under Parental Control. I have been
attempting to view the "Websites Visited" under the WEB BROWSING and all I
get is a spooling (as if its gathering info) and then it completely stops
responding and ask to (1) Stop Running the Program, (2) Restart the Program,
or (3) Exit.
PLEASE HELP!
