Uncheck TCP/IP v6 @ network connection by registry

due to network speed for application, i wish to disable all the IPv6 components,
i have search the internet around, but i couldnt find any uncheck TCP/IP v6 @ network connection by registry,
as per usual i have done what internet have mention to create DisableComponents @
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Servic es\Tcpip6\Parameters\
but it didnt uncheck the Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6),
hope someone can guide me the right direction to modify at registry
