Uncorrectable Hardware Error - Solution

Having recently purchased a copy of Windows Vista Ultimate X64 and
having this error at first drove me bankers. But I then stepped back
and I thought about it some more and I just tried a solution that
worked!

I went into the BIOS and changed the memory timing from 166 MHz for DDR
333 memory, to 133 MHz.

I then saved this change in the BIOS and proceeded to to boot-up from
Windows Vista Ultimate X64 without any more errors!

This is a fairly common problem with many motherboards if all the memory
slots are filled.
