Undeletable, unsendable, uneditable unmovable message

I have an undeletable, unsendable, uneditable unmovable message stuck in my
Windows Mail Outbox with this message in the preview:

Message could not be displayed.
Windows Mail encountered an unexpected problem while displaying this
message.
Check your computer for low memory or low disk space and try again.

Every time I close Windows Mail it nags me to send it and when I do it
reports something like "An error has occurred - the message could not be
sent"

How do I escape from this? - Doug

You're welcome, Doug.

Since this is an old problem and the fix has been out
for awhile, you must have recently installed Vista or
bought a new computer.... it should have been listed
in Vista's updates.
Be sure you install all the Vista updates listed.
Those updates have improved Vista considerably since
it was released, and may keep you from running into
other problems.

Hi Doug

In addition to Michael's post

Installing the KB941090 update will just fix the problem for now. Yo
must stop the cause to prevent it from happening again. Read the sectio
titled "FIRST" in this tutorial about antivirus and anti-spyware/adwar
programs to help prevent this from happening again.
