Undelete Emails?

How I can undelete my Emails for Windows mail?
I can see this Emails in the root-directory but i don´t can import in
windows Mail

If you can display both the folders list part of Windows mail and the
directory containing the message file on the same screen, try dragging
the file over to the Windows Mail directory you want it in.

However, the usual way of undeleting mail in Windows Mail is to find
that message in the Deleted Items folder, right click in the title of the
message in the messages list, then click on Move To Folder, then
select which other folder it should be in.
