Undeliverable e-mail

I sent an e-mail and keep getting a message that it is undeliverable. Now,
every time I click on send/receive, I get the message that it is
undeliverable, but I keep getting the same message over and over and over
again. How do I make this go away?

Open the Outlook folder and delete any messages in there.

However, usually a message that says "undeliverable" is a bounce notice
from the recipient's mail server. If you can copy the actual wording of that
error message and post it here, I can offer more exact advice.
