Undeliverable invite to group member

I am having difficulty sending an invite to a potential member of my group on Windows Live. I have already invited seven others without any problem but I have trouble with this one. I've even done a test to myself using a different email and it works. The member has given me an alternative email address but this won't work either. both addresses are with french Isp's but this is an international group with people from all over the world and I haven't had a problem. Can anyone please help me?

Greetings Jo,

Do you know what Messenger client this contact is using? Some third-party clients don't
support the invitations properly (and those on mobile phones, etc.).

Hi Jonathan, I don't think they are using any at the moment but I will check. Previously I have sent out invitations and potential members have been asked to download WLM first and then they accept the invitation. But for this one, the invite isn't even leaving my page. I just get the undeliverable message.

Hi Jonathon I checked and they are not using any kind of messenging service but are using Vista? Not sure if this is a problem - have suggested they download WLM and then I will try and invite again. Is there anything else I should be doing?
