I have WLM (2009) and Win.7 64 bit.

I said on here that I could not 'Underline' text and was advised to use
format and Rich Text. That gave me the underline tool and it worked when I
was preparing an email, but when I looked in Sent or if I send an email to
myself it has not worked. Any suggestions please?

Magnus,

Thanks a lot. It was very pleasing to see that work as I had tried quite
hard to solve it and was getting nowhere.

That's a possibility. If her email is to "plain text", her email client may
strip that information from her replies and forwards.
